It means that you can book your
appointment with us right now- in real time!
When you click the
button, you will be taken to a page where you can select the
service you want, the day and time you want it, and enter in all
the details you need to give us in order for us to be ready for
you when it's time for your session. You can tell us whether you
want lavender or
eucalyptus-scented oil, or you can finally
request that Stone Dance you've heard so much about.
Once you've finished with the
information, you'll immediately receive an email confirming your
appointment. If you notice that you've made a mistake on the date
or time you set up, you can use the link in the email to change it
(up to 24 hours before your session- after that time, you'll have
to call the office to make any changes). About 24 hours before
your scheduled appointment, you will receive a reminder
email.
There are a few things to keep in
mind when using the
feature:
If you don't give your real email address
when using the , you won't get the confirmation or reminder
emails. We've had some folks wonder why they didn't get them, and
when we checked the information they put in- that was it. We don't
send spam emails, and we don't give away or sell anyone's
information! Please, put your real email address in when you book
online.
The
software only accepts
appointments 24 hours or more ahead of time. Since we have to synchronize
this with telephone-made appointments, we want to make sure we
won't end up double-booking a time slot. If you need an
appointment less than 24 hours away, please call the office at
940-497-4747.
Since things do happen, please make sure to
enter a phone number where we can reach you in case we need to
change something on our end. This happens rarely, but it does
happen, and we'd much rather call you ahead of time than wonder if
you'll see the note we taped to the door when you arrive.
